As Principal Broker, Paul regularly lists and sells homes, town houses, condos and coops to a growing and devoted clientele throughout the metropolitan area, and in all price ranges. Paul graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in economics in 1985. As a real estate agent, Paul believes that his greatest ability is combing his experience with his education to act as a complete advisor to a home seller or buyer.
Paul developed Browns Court in 1992, Berrett School lofts in 1998, Carriage Row in 2000, and 1209 O Street, NW in 2002, for which he won the Mayor’s Award for Excellence in Design. Paul formed Central Properties to better serve the real estate consumer as well as the professional agent. As a brokerage, Central Properties’ primary driver is to make a work environment that is second to none so that agents can achieve excellence and enjoy a rewarding career.
